    Comments: In my opinion, Dr. Gilmer is one of the most talented surgeons for his specialty. I had both rotator cuffs and bicep tendons repaired by him and I healed very quickly. Now everything works the way it should with no pain. He explains everything very well and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.
